As a RF Engineer at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by providing quality designs, analysis, and validation of co-site equipment for military communication applications to ensure strong, reliable communications in the field.

Primary Responsibilities of this position include:
•Design high performance RF products; responsible for projects from start to finish

o Design for low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, reliability and thermal performance

o Direct design to accomplish cost, size, weight, power and manufacturability objectives

o Direct workflow of PCB designers to assure superior RF performance of layouts
•Integrate necessary analog and digital interfaces or controls
•Design for EMI/EMC, reliability and thermal performance
•Develop performance validation methodology and production test/alignment processes
•Validate new designs for specification compliance
•Function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary design team
•Support sales and marketing

Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include:
•Experience designing co-site mitigation equipment and/or radio equipment
•Experience in RF filter and amplifier design, supporting circuitry, impedance matching, evaluating performance tradeoffs, and analysis
•Demonstrated project leadership ability
•Strong willingness to collaborate, sharing information between product lines, departments and MPG sites
•Must have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with the customer (both internal and external)

Requirements Include:
•Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
•Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university required
•Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar package highly desired
•Experience with military standards and specifications highly desired
•Experience with military electro-mechanical designs highly desired
