Server - Lord Essex Tavern and Grill

Overview:

*** $500 Hiring Bonus ***

Serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to Kahler Hospitality Groups high standards of quality.

Hourly Wage: $ 10.85

• Responds to all guest and client requests promptly and efficiently.

• Set tables as instructed by F&B Manager to include linen, serviceware, and glassware.

• Attend pre-shift meetings before opening to discuss specials, groups, projects, including guest and hotel expectations.

• Greet guests and respond to requests quickly and courteously.

• Serve food and/or beverages according to Richfields standards.

• Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and at the end of the meal.

• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.

• Perform all assigned side-work to include replenishing condiments and restocking supplies.

• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.

• Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• • High School Diploma preferred

• Prior hospitality/serving experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.

• CPR and First Aid training preferred.
