As a premium gourmet store sales associate, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality products and engage with customers who are passionate about cooking and entertaining.Responsibilities:Assist customers in finding the perfect gourmet appliances and cookware for their needsProvide product demonstrations and answer any questions about our premium productsKeep the store clean, organized, and visually appealingProcess customer transactions and handle cash and credit card paymentsStay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trendsRequirements:Prior retail or sales experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksKnowledge of gourmet cooking and small kitchen electrics, tools and cookware is a plusMust be able to lift and carry heavy items as neededAbout Us:Cooking & Appliance Center has been serving the Anchorage community for over 60 years, providing top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and gourmet products. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.Compensation: $17.00 per hour As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.Are you prepared to start your journey toward becoming an appliance technician?If so, look through our open positions using the filters aboveThis business is independently owned and operated.
