Job Overview: The Lead Brand Ambassador assists with the execution of the annual event and neighborhood appointment setting plans for the assigned region or market under the direction of the Field Marketing Manager. This is a boots-on-the-ground position in the field that executes all aspects of shows and events, including setup and tear-down of displays, assistance with staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassador employees and contractors, and representing Infinity to set leads with prospective homeowner customers. To be successful, this individual must be a local leader, proactive, and be able to coordinate with individuals across the organization to deliver exceptional results. Highlights of your role: Set up & tear-down shows and events. Make the necessary logistical arrangements, ensuring that all materials are delivered and installed appropriately.Represent Infinity from Marvin at shows and events. Set leads with prospective homeowner customers.Assist the Field Marketing Manager with the evaluation of marketing performance, making recommendations for changes and modifications as needed to drive attendees to the Infinity booth or improve appointment setting performance.Document appointment setting activities for internal evaluation purposes.Coordinate schedules and staffing of shows and events with Brand Ambassadors.Recruit and train Brand Ambassadors, both employees and, as needed, contractors.Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to deliver targeted critical metrics for shows and events, including customer acquisition cost, labor costs, lead targets, and others as applicable.Drive company vehicle or own vehicleStart Date: 12/2/2024 Salary Range: We have a competitive hourly pay of $24-35 per hour including both a base hourly rate and performance-based bonuses (Unlimited earning opportunity) You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): Prior experience coordinating show or event workers in the home improvement industry is preferred, but not required.Able to setup and/or tear down up to two shows per day, which could include over an hour of physical activity.Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control. Have a bias for action.Ability to build strong local networks and relationshipsOrganized and planful Also want to make sure you have: Availability to work all weekends, with few exceptionsValid drivers license with an acceptable motor vehicle record on an ongoing basis.Able to lift 40 pounds as well as push large displays that weigh 75 pounds that are on wheelsAble to stand for extended periodsAbility to travel within the market/region.
