Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves working primarily on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday. Initial training will take place during the 1st shift from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, until the candidate is adequately prepared. Responsibilities: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment, including conveyors, tanks, filling machines, packing machines, and stacking machines. Conduct emergency equipment repairs and minor facility maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and fixing door handles. Focus on minimizing equipment downtime during production hours. Engage in mechanic work, especially on pumps, motors, and valves. Conduct electrical troubleshooting using PLCs, with a heavier emphasis on mechanical tasks. Essential Skills: Experience in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, especially three-phase systems. Experience with conveyor systems, motors, and industrial maintenance. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Experience with PLC control and troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience. Skills in welding, installation, service, blueprint reading, field service, and fabrication. Join a company that is rapidly growing and investing in new facilities.
