The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center in Blue Ridge, GA to find a Marketing Associate & Provider Liaison to join their team Position: Marketing Associate Location: Blue Ridge, GA Position Overview The Marketing Associate & Provider Liaison plays a key role in supporting the hospitals marketing and community outreach efforts. This position focuses on strengthening patient and provider relationships, developing partnerships within the community, and promoting the hospitals services and mission through creative marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and eager to grow in the marketing and healthcare communications field. Experience is not requiredwe value a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Community & Provider Relations Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital and local provider offices Conduct outreach to clinics, physician groups, and community partners to build relationships Represent the hospital at community events, health fairs, and business networking activities Support physician onboarding and marketing introductions Gather feedback and insights from community providers to improve communication and awareness Marketing & Communications Assist with executing monthly marketing initiatives and campaigns Help coordinate promotional events and hospital campaigns Capture photos and videos for social media and marketing materials Create basic graphics and assist with writing captions and marketing content Support the promotion of hospital services, events, and providers Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement activities Administrative & Reporting Track outreach visits, engagement activities, and campaign results Prepare reports and summaries of community interactions Assist with general marketing and administrative support tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic familiarity with social media platforms Ability to take photos and videos using a smartphone Strong organizational skills and self-starter mindset Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-oriented approach Preferred (Not Required) Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools Background in community outreach, event planning, or customer service Interest in healthcare or public relations By applying, you consent to your information being transmitted by College Recruiter to the Employer, as data controller, through the Employers data processor SonicJobs.
