Deine Aufgaben Als Senior Project Manager Plant Operation (w/m/d) entwickelst und realisierst du Instandhaltungsstrategien für Energieerzeugungsanlagen (wie KWK-GuD-Anlagen, Biomasse, Waste-to-Energy und Wärmepumpen), um die Strom- und Wärmeversorgung unserer Industriekunden sicherzustellen Du bringst dein umfangreiches Fachwissen im Anlagenbetrieb während der Entwicklung und Errichtung ein und führst die technische Due Diligence bei Anlagenübernahmen durch Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung innovativer Betriebskonzepte und leitest die Vorbereitung der Betriebsphase Du identifizierst, bewertest und setzt technische und wirtschaftliche Optimierungen um und sicherst die Qualität im Anlageportfolio Du planst und steuerst Instandhaltungs-, Umrüstungs- und Investitionsmaßnahmen sowie ungeplante Stillstände und Schadensfälle und trägst die Budgetverantwortung Du verhandelst Kunden- und Wartungsverträge und arbeitest eng mit Kollegen aus der Energiewirtschaft, dem Controlling, dem Einkauf und dem Engineering sowie mit Kunden und Lieferanten zusammen Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Maschinenbau, Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik, Umwelttechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Schiffsbetriebstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Instandhaltung komplexer Energielösungen Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Kraftwerkstechnik GuD, Biomasse oder Waste-to-Energy Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Eigeninitiative, kommunikatives Geschick und Verhandlungssicherheit Gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise in Kombination mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Teamorientierung Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, bis zu 20% der Arbeitszeit für Dienstreisen und Kundenbesuche vor Ort einzuplanen Deine Benefits E.ON arbeitet mit vereinten Kräften am spannendsten Thema, das unsere Generation lösen muss: dem Klimawandel Mit all unseren Mitarbeitern und Kunden sind wir eine globale Gemeinschaft von Innovatoren und Changemakern, die davon überzeugt sind, dass jeder von uns etwas für unsere Umwelt, unsere Gesellschaft und unsere Kinder bewirken kann - #WIR gestalten die Zukunft.
