Position Summary:

Enchanted Expeditions is seeking a Remote Ticketing Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for issuing tickets, managing reservations, and providing top-notch customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to ticketing, reservations, and itinerary updates, handling inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Maintain organized records of ticketing transactions, reservations, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
