About The Position:
Were looking for a dynamic

Senior Developer

to help scale The HOTH. This position will report directly to the CTO and be a key player to our small but nimble tech department

As a part of the team, youll be a point of contact with regard to everything programming.

Some day-to-day responsibilities include:

Writing efficient and scalable code, ensuring high-quality software development
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth
Solving complex technical challenges and offering elegant solutions
Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Collaborating closely with the team to deliver innovative software solutions
Working closely with company leadership to identify client trends and requests and immediately begin implementation

remote, full-time

About You:
You have 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record.
You love helping people achieve their goals
You can systematically sort through problems and provide solutions

You have a successful programming background

You want more.

Skills/Knowledge You MUST Have:
5+ years of experience in PHP is required
Experience with React or Angular is a plus
Experience building or maintaining a web-based product or service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organization skills
A systems-oriented mindset
Ambition to learn and grow
