Summary: The Bartender prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and Health Department standards and regulatory practices. The Bartender is responsible for processing transactions using the company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned:
- Mix drinks according to guests' requests within the required guidelines.
- Must be able to achieve alcohol service certification and responsibly adhere to proper alcohol service practices such as age verification.
- Keep work area clean and sanitized.
- Maintain balanced cash drawer
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
- Maintain and understand compliance with federal, state local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior cash handling experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate Gaming License.
SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English in all manners.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Basic computer or Point-Of-Sale system experience preferred.
