This is a role for an analytical thinker used to working with large and complex data sets. Ideally you will understand the energy industry and/or have experience in workforce planning. Key Accountabilities You’ll work with our Electricity Transmission business to develop strategic workforce planning analysis, insight, and gap mitigations. As part of this, you’ll build effective relationships with key business stakeholders, to ensure we have a holistic view of future workforce requirements, along with delivery of agreed strategy. You’ll enable the development of workforce strategies through creation of future resourcing options to ensure we deliver against our targets, and you’ll support the planning and delivery of the most effective, technically skilled workforce to meet key business priorities and objectives. About you

You’ll have strong influencing and analytical skills, coupled with experience of workforce capability planning, headcount forecasting and/or strategic planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are fundamental to this role, as are digital and data skills, in particular with MS Excel, & HR data. This is a role for someone who can demonstrate: Utilising advanced data modelling techniques to extract value and provide strategic recommendations and proposals.
