Northern Wyoming Mental Health Center is seeking

Overview The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing implementation of a two (2) year SAMHSA Peer Specialist Grant as well as various projects and grant programs alongside the Clinical Director and Finance Manager. The Project Director will provide daily oversight of projects and grants. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project activities, internal and external coordination, developing materials, and conducting meetings. Responsibilities Alongside the Clinical Director, coordinates the monitoring and evaluation of clinical programs and projects that are funded by grants to ensure that operations conform to the terms of the agreement, and that maximum efficiency is achieved. Alongside the Clinical Director, oversees clinical and program activities of peer specialists. Compiles all components of project/grant documentation, ensuring that all materials are formatted, packaged, and submitted in accordance with granting agency requirements and timelines. Advises and/or assists, as appropriate, in the design, formatting, and preparation of grant documentation. Develops and maintains systems for data collection, recordkeeping, and tracking of project/grant requirements and creates and distributes standard or special reports, summaries, and analyses as required. Develops and maintains a library of reference documentation, including such information as granting agency requirements and forms, reference material, and other pertinent materials and documents. Monitors and coordinates the administration of post-award projects/grants to ensure budgeting and administrative policies, procedures, and agency requirements are being followed and kept up to date. Assists in managing administrative problems and/or budget changes occurring during the awarded project/grant period. Maintains knowledge and compliance of grant funding policies, regulations, and procedures; disseminates and/or presents changes to departments and advises on the implementation of changes, and on the impact of changes to funded operations. Drafts and manages schedules for implementation of long-range plans and deliverables. Completes all documents, forms, or reports required by the project and/or grant. Works with staff to obtain their understanding of the necessity of following proper procedures in achieving project goals. Alongside the Finance Manager, monitors financial administration of grants to ensure that proper documentation is submitted for expenditures and that requests for funds are made within time limitations specified. Assists with development materials and communications, policies, procedures, and clinical processes that align with grant goals and objectives. Assists in ensuring the technical and/or clinical competency of staff by providing consultation and training as needed. Identifies gaps and develops proposals for meeting identified needs. Maintains collaborative relationships between agency and community stakeholders. Maintains collaborative relationships with fellow staff. Practices and maintains appropriate professional and personal boundaries. Maintains confidentiality in all interactions related to the agency, i.e., any records or client related information. Demonstrates flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the organization. Other duties as necessary or required for the fulfillment of the project/grant program. Minimum Qualifications & Skills Bachelor?s degree in healthcare or business, or related field required. (e.g. social work, counseling, behavioral health, healthcare administration, finance, business administration, etc.) At least one year of clinical experience required. At least one year of project management experience required. (Two to three years of experience managing complex projects preferred.) Two to three years of experience in grant management preferred, but not required. Extremely organized and meticulous with details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality with personal information that may be needed for some grants, such as employee salaries or upcoming projects. Ability to handle frequent interruptions. Proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite/365 and willing to learn other applications. Starting at $50,000 per year, DOE Hours: Hours:

Generally Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm with a one hour designated lunch. Hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the clients and organization.
