The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist will be reporting to an experienced Pharmacy Director and work alongside other experienced Pharmacists at the inpatient facility. The Inpatient Pharmacist will be at the center of a dynamic cohort of Pharmacists to address patient needs and provide continuous quality care. The Pharmacist will work alongside a team of accomplished MDs, tenured Nurse Practitioners and supportive Pharmacists. The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist will support inpatient, ambulatory, cancer and orthopedic patients.
