The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of warehouse facilities and equipment, ensuring seamless daily operations. From preventive maintenance to troubleshooting mechanical issues, this role encompasses various essential warehouse tasks.The idea candidate should have assembly, welding, HVAC, and electrical, and facility maintenance experience.Minimum of 3 - 5 years of maintenance experience is required.Our Culture: All Team Members of FACE are expected to support the brand through active engagement in our core values: Faith: being confident in one another Attitude: responding positively regardless of circumstances Consistency: doing what is expected everyday Excellence: pursuing my personal best We offer great benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance 401k with 4% company matching 15 days PTO accrual first year (90 day waiting period)Company Paid Tele-Medicine Company Paid Short Term Disability Discounts to numerous area attractions Discounts at all our restaurants Duties & Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, mowing, cleaning, and minor repairs.Inspect and repair warehouse equipment, including toy crane machines, lawn mowers, weed eaters, pallet jacks, and forklifts and other various items.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed. Including mother boards and bill acceptorsWelding and product assemblyEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and organized work areas.Assist in game installs, removals, pickups or any other offsite projects.Respond promptly to repair requests and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime.Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and report any shortages or malfunctions.Communicate with warehouse staff to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct.Flexibility to travel overnight as needed.Ability to be on call for limited emergencies.Requirements:Proven 3-5 years' experience as a handyman or maintenance technician, (Required) preferably in a warehouse setting.Ability to drive a manual transmission box truck of up to 26 feet in length.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.Prior industrial welding and electronic soldering experience is a must.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical stamina and strength to perform duties such as lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.The ability to stand for long periods of timeThe ability to lift 50 pounds or more occasionally.High school diploma or equivalent, vocational training a plus.Required Qualifications:Certification in forklift operation or other relevant equipment.Knowledge and experience with small engine/board repair. 2-3 years minimumPrior experience with preventive maintenance programs. 3-5 years minimum.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.FACE participates in E-VerifyBackground Screening Required
