Averte Cook Position Do you find inspiration in creating meals that nourish both body and soul? This Cook position starts at $19.00/hour plus a hiring bonus of $600 for part-time. As a Cook, you will play a key role in our program by preparing nutritious daily meals while following all New Hampshire and Vermont state regulations. You will also create a welcoming dining experience where clients can participate and feel included. In this role, you will: Prepare meals according to posted menus, accommodating dietary needs and preferences. Foster a positive dining atmosphere and encourage client engagement in the kitchen. Maintain clean, organized storage areas and order food supplies as needed. Ensure kitchen equipment is in safe working order and report repair needs promptly. Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and inspection-ready at all times. When you join Trivium Life Services, you will receive more than a paycheckyou will gain the opportunity to make a lasting difference. Competitive Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour. Hiring Bonus: $1,200 for full-time or $600 for part-time. Differential Pay: Additional $1.00/hour on weekends and company-observed holidays. Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday. Training and Support: Paid on-the-job training to set you up for success. Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with up to 5% company match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, and more. Schedule: Tuesday: 9am-6pm Wednesday: 9am-6pm Saturday: 9am-6pm What You Need: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid drivers license required if driving a company vehicle; driving record must meet company insurer guidelines (MVR check required pre-hire and annually). Employees driving their own vehicle to other work locations must hold a valid license. (Employees may not transport clients in personal vehicles.)
