Revenue Operations Specialist

IPinfo is a fast-growing “data as a service” provider that delivers proprietary data products to thousands of developers and global businesses. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who embodies the spirit of excellence and innovation that has fueled our journey. Your responsibilities as a Revenue Operations Specialist encompass supporting and maintaining various go-to-market operations, tools, and systems. Your role requires ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer and product data and standardizing business reporting and document processes.
Additionally, you must drive operational efficiency, monitor system performance, and manage the sales and marketing team's tech stack. You'll need diverse skills, including sales operations expertise, project management, and a process-driven mindset for creating and managing tasks.
Your soft skills, such as excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, a self-starter attitude, creativity, consistent enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach, are equally important. Managing time effectively, working well under pressure, and maintaining a positive attitude, especially in an all-remote team, are crucial aspects of this role.

Responsibilities
CRM Implementation and Management
:
Support the implementation and ongoing management of CRM systems, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot, to ensure they meet the company's needs.
Customize CRM platforms to optimize workflows and user experiences, ensuring they align with business processes.
Automation of Processes
:
Develop and implement automation strategies within Salesforce and HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales operations.
Create automated workflows for lead management, customer journey and segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
Data Integrity and Management
:
Oversee the accuracy and completeness of data within CRM systems, implementing data cleaning practices to maintain high data quality.
Configure and maintain databases and CRM (Hubspot + Salesforce) settings to support data collection and integration with other platforms.
Analytics and Reporting
:
Utilize Hubspot and Salesforce and other tools to generate actionable insights through reports and dashboards that track sales and marketing performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving business processes and strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM systems and automation efforts align with overall business objectives.
Strategic Planning
:
Contribute to the strategic planning of Go to go-to-market operations initiatives by providing insights and analysis derived from Salesforce and Hubspot data.
Assist in the development of long-term plans to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts through better CRM and automation integration.
Continuous Improvement
:
Continuously evaluate and refine CRM (Hubspot + Salesforce) and automation processes to adapt to business changes and technological advancements.
Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and automation tools, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of operational efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience:
3+ years of experience working in revenue and sales operations
Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot
: Deep understanding of configuring, managing, and optimizing these platforms to support marketing and sales operations (Hubspot certified preferred).
Analytical Skills
: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
Communication Skills
: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Problem-solving Skills
: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and derive actionable insights to resolve them efficiently.
Curiosity to learn new things, especially around systems, processes, and tools.
