*REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN * *All inside work* *Summary: *Responsible prepping coils and compressors to be used in the refrigeration units installed in display cases. Under direct supervisor will train on building refrigeration units. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · All activities related to prepping coils and compressors. · Complete basic wiring of display cases. · Set up work in a safe and efficient manner. · Maintains assigned equipment for inventory and repair purposes. · Assists other Trades as directed by Supervisor. · Other related duties as assigned or required. *Qualifications:* · At least one (1) year of HVAC/R experience · Must have knowledge of tools of the trade. · Able to read a tape measure. · Able to read blueprints. · Forklift certification may be required. · Punctual. · Must be able to effectively work alone or in groups with others. *Education and Experience:* High School Diploma or Equivalent / Vocational or Trade School. 1 to 3 plus years of HVAC/R experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. *Physical Demands:* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED PRINCIPALS ONLY - NO STAFFING AGENCY ASSISTANCE NEEDED.
