Responsibilities:

Grow professionally and personally Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records in CRM based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Process and contact incoming leads providing technical data and support Source freight quotes and adjust product pricing based on delivered price Provide technical support to potential and existing clients

Qualifications:
