Join to apply for the Assistant Project Manager role at OneSchool Global. OneSchool Global is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our growing corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ. Key Responsibilities Assist in getting alignment on project timelines and schedules for completion of various project types and complexities. Identify, elevate, and mitigate any issues that arise during projects from pre-development to completion. Collaborate with the project team and local stakeholders to ensure project milestones are monitored, documented, and updated so that projects continue to track. Coordinate and resolve requests for information on numerous development issues and with various stakeholders. Assist with managing project budgets, tracking invoices and resolving financial issues concerning project expense and funding. Assist with department initiatives and tasks as required to ensure department alignment with the needs of various stakeholders. Organize, file, and maintain all project documents and folders as needed throughout the project timeline, such as contracts, drawing files and approvals. Desired Qualifications And Skills Experience: Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years in project management, construction, architecture or a related role. Education: A bachelors degree in project management, construction management, architecture or a related field. Technical skills: Understanding and prior use of project management software (e.g. Procore, Premier), Microsoft Office, project budgeting, and Smartsheet type tools. Problem Solving: The ability to analyze various development situations, identify problems or issues and provide solutions to mitigate same issues in the future. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and writing skills, high attention to detail with a collaborative approach to all aspects of the work environment.
