Shift: Full Time

Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, Holidays, Morning shift

Responsibilities Works to achieve a friendly atmosphere for fellow associates and hotel guests Displays exemplary performance as an example for the staff to emulate Performs training and revenue management strategies with the staff Supervises Guest Representatives, Night Auditors and acts as Manager on Duty as needed Ensures that policy and procedure are followed and administered consistently Is knowledgeable about all brand standards Maintains a positive, cooperative work environment between personnel and management

Requirements Minimum 1-2 years hotel front desk experience Supervisory experience preferred FOSSE & Prior Marriott Brand experience preferred, not required Strong interest and willingness to develop sound managerial and team building skills, to lead a team effectively Excellent communication skills Comfortable with hotel computer reservation systems Ability to teach adult learners Available to work a flexible schedule ( Nights & weekends )
