Job Description Overview:
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing the assembly process, production planning and budgeting, quality control, and customer service for the company's electrical products.
The Electrical Engineer will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure that all electrical products are manufactured and assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage the assembly process for all electrical products, including the development of assembly instructions, training of assembly staff, and implementation of best practices for efficient and accurate assembly.
Develop and maintain production plans and budgets for all electrical products, ensuring that production schedules are met and that costs are kept under control.
Oversee quality control processes for all electrical products, including the development and implementation of quality standards and testing procedures.
Provide customer service support, including answering technical questions and assisting with product troubleshooting and repair.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to continuously improve product design and manufacturing processes.
Participate in the design and development of new electrical products, including the creation of prototypes and the testing of prototypes for performance and reliability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Knowledge of electrical design and manufacturing processes
Experience with production planning and budgeting preferred
Experience in customer service preferred
