The Finance & Operations Director Serves as Finance & Operations Officer and Business Manager for the Ross County Board of DD. Reports to the Superintendent and is a member of the Management Team. Provides supervision to staff in the Finance & Operations positions. Assists with public relations duties; researches and responds to inquiries. Generates financial related reports as required, financial history and forecasts, as needed.ResponsibilitiesThe Finance & Operations Director Serves as Finance & Operations Officer and Business Manager for the Ross County Board of DD. Provides supervision to staff in the Finance & Operations positions, while acting as a liaison with County Auditors Office. Plans, develops, and maintains the operating and residential budget; evaluates revenues and expenditures. Manages all fiscal activities of the Board to ensure sound financial management and timely process of invoices. Manages all reports and records.QualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent; Masters degree, preferred; or completion of coursework in the fields of accounting, finance, or business administration. 5 years supervisory experience, preferred, 5 years experience in complex budget/financial scenarios. Business Manager Certification may be obtained after hiring.
