As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or conditions to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents within the location. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, providing assistance as needed. Complete required documentation and reports related to security-related incidents and daily activities. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
