AnthroMed Education is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist professional to join our team and fill in for an FMLA need at one of our partner schools in Saint Charles, Illinois.
Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at AnthroMed Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of students. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Elementary students while being supported by the resources and expertise of AnthroMed Education.
Responsibilities:
- Work Full-Time, Monday-Friday, beginning August 12th through December 20th.
- Provide therapy services to Elementary students.
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure in Illinois and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably Elementary.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
- Compensation: We offer annualized salaries or hourly pay to our team members
- Support: Our SLP Clinical Director will be there to mentor, guide, and assist you throughout the school year. 1:1 personalized coaching, mentorship, and support.
- Benefits Package: $0 Premium Cost per paycheck United Healthcare Insurance, 401K with a 3% match starting day one, Paid Time Off, Materials Stipend, and reimbursement for ISBE, ASHA, and IDFPR dues.
