Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct research in optimal workflows for individuals and families, as well as staff and vendors.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing process to ensure clean development for release
Collaborate with Education and Training to create content and help launch the eVero University Product
Draft Business Specifications outlining changes or new features to hand off to development team
Participate in Design, Change Request, and other meetings, offering feedback and ideas for the product
Participate and/or lead internal or external training for new

features/modules/products

developed
Work in Partnership with Marketing and Account Management Teams
Collaborate with the Sales Team to participate in discussions or demos with potential new clients
Act as liaison between the Support Team and Development Team to triage and resolve Level 3 Support Issues
Qualification & Required Skills
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, collaboratively, or leading a team while remaining agile and flexible in a rapidly changing environment and managing multiple competing priorities
Aptitude for leveraging tools to track efforts including but not limited to Halo, ADO, etc.
Willingness to learn or existing knowledge about the I/DD industry niche and client population
Possess strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree
2 4 years experience in similar capacity
Demonstrable understanding of eVero Platform (or ability to learn quickly)
