MJC Land Development is actively looking for Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

We are based in West Palm Beach, FL. MJC is a family owned and operated business that self performs clearing & grubbing, excavation, under ground utilities and roadwork. We are growing and always looking to add quality people to our team, at MJC we value our team members. MJC also offer the opportunity for advancement, we always try to promote from within.

Requirements:

Experience in performing takeoffs in civil work is plus.

Ability to review and understand civil plans

Understanding roadwork

AGTEK experience is plus

PlanSwift experience is a plus

Organized and good work ethic, team player, open to ideas and good communication skills.

Basic construction knowledge

Emailing project related information to vendors

Tracking vendors to make sure they are turning pricing in timely

Organization

Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs (excel, outlook etc.)

Able to work in a fast paced environment

This is an entry level position.
