Job Title: Credit Administration Data Analyst

What You Will Bring

The Credit Administration Data Analyst at ACBB plays a vital role in supporting the Loan Department's reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. From preparing Borrower in Custody submissions to communicating with various departments, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

Data collection and preparation of reports related to the bank's loan portfolio and credit quality. Preparation of Borrower in Custody submissions to the Federal Reserve. Providing loan information to finance for the Call Report. Compilation and reporting of loan policy exceptions. Tracking and invoicing for bank holding company unused line fees. Reviewing and updating interest rate changes in the core system. Work with other departments and management personnel as part of the management team in order to integrate objectives and activities.

Non-Essential Duties

Undertaking special projects as assigned. Perform other related duties in support of the Bank's objectives, policies, and procedures, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and cybersecurity compliance.

Basic Qualifications/Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum of four (4) years' experience in a financial services Loan Department or related experience required Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative abilities. Visual and Auditory skills Strong reading, writing, grammar, mathematics, and analytical skills Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the Internet Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change Willingness to learn automated systems and banking processes Outstanding multitasking and time-management skills
