Work Schedule: Full time - 80 Biweekly Hours

Shift: 8-hour, Evenings

**Job Summary:**

Under the direction of the Food Service Supervisor, employee provides services and support to meet the needs of patients, guests and employees in a courteous, efficient and team oriented manner. May also assist with tray assembly.

**Essential Functions:**

* Demonstrates sanitary practice in accordance with all regulatory agencies to include HACCP program.

* Demonstrates the appropriate use of food service equipment following guidelines.

* Demonstrates a basic knowledge of modified diets in a consistent manner.

* Demonstrates food safety following guidelines and uses equipment in safe and appropriate manner.

* Demonstrates proper food preparation in a consistent manner.

**Skills:**

* Ability to follow oral instructions.

* Ability to communicate.

* Customer service skills.

**Preferred Position Qualifications:**

Licenses/Certifications: Serve-safe food handler certification.
