Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at PCC Sports in Lees Summit, MO. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day marketing tasks including but not limited to:

  • Design and maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Lead the creation of new marketing materials.
  • Design and prepare materials for proposal, qualification, and interview submissions.
  • Maintain relevant and updated project and personnel resume profiles.
  • Provide sales team with marketing materials for customers, trade shows, and direct marketing efforts.
  • Develop mass marketing direct mail campaign.
  • Develop and assist in formatting Design Build project
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Management and continued development of PCC Sports website.
  • Enhance social media utilization and oversee content creation.
  • Establish and optimize online presence
  • Management and collaboration with third-party marketing firms.
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) database, lead tracking capability, contact directory and intranet sites.
  • Coordinate efforts with Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Estimating teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to establish key project milestone celebrations.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business plans.

This role will require collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven organization
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus
