Are you ready to unleash your tax expertise in an exciting and dynamic environment? Join our team as a Senior Tax Manager We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Tax Manager to join our fast-paced accounting firm and bring a fresh perspective to our tax department.

Responsibilities:

Tax Strategy Mastery:

Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize our clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation. You'll inspire and empower them to deliver exceptional results while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Tax Planning Prowess:

Dive into the nitty-gritty of tax planning and research, identifying opportunities to optimize our clients' tax positions. You'll keep an eagle eye on changing tax laws and communicate actionable insights to clients and colleagues.

Client Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. You'll provide top-notch client service, proactively addressing their tax concerns, and identifying value-added opportunities.

Project Management Excellence:

Coordinate and oversee tax engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables. You'll have superb organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with finesse.

Compliance Competence:

Prepare and review complex tax returns for corporations, non-profits, partnerships, and individuals. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with applicable tax laws.

Technological Innovation:

Embrace cutting-edge tax software and leverage technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience. You'll be at the forefront of tax technology advancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferred, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations. 8+ years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and consulting. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex tax issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality work.
