You'll need a degree in Natural Resources (i.e., forestry or wildlife preferred) and previous experience working with diverse stakeholders.
You must have a solid understanding of southern US forest management concepts and be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate and coordinate across different teams.
Additionally, you should have strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in database management; experience with GIS/mapping is a plus.
Furthermore, you must have the ability to develop, manage, and support program growth, including a team of professional foresters who will be key to program success.
