The Tax Analyst II is responsible for assistance with tax compliance and tax accounting with respect to U.S. international income tax. The position will interface with multiple departments throughout the Company to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

Skills:

Must be proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and tax accounting concepts, including experience with ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results.

Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.

Duties:

Preparation of U.S. international income tax return work papers including earnings and profits, subpart F income, global intangible low-taxed income, and foreign tax credits.

Assist with accounting for quarterly and annual income taxes under ASC 740 and computations for multiple jurisdictions including gathering information and preparation of international tax work papers.

Analyze and prepare monthly & annual U.S. withholding tax calculations and compliance.

Ensure SOX compliance through documentation and timely performance of controls.

Perform and document international tax research.

Monitor international legislative, administrative and judicial developments for changes that will affect the Company.

Preparation of responses and supporting documentation for tax agency notices and audits on international tax.

Education/ Experience:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

MST and/or CPA a plus.

Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Tax within Public Accounting or a Corporate Tax environment.

Experience with CorpTax software a plus. Oracle experience a plus as well.
