Job DescriptionMaterial Handler (12hr Shift) - Erlanger, KYThis is a full-time, hourly position.Job Responsibilities:Read, understand, and follow instructions listed on reports/pick sheetsCheck and add all materials listed on the pick sheetsAccurately weigh materials for production areasFollow QC sampling procedures and report QC deviationsExecute all required transactions on terminal software and handheld scannersPull & return material in approved locations in warehousesResponsible for cycle counting locationsFollow ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP proceduresResponsible for shipping functions, labeling products and checking customer orders before shipping to the customerResponsible for inventory record accuracy of 96% or greaterRequired Skills:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understanding and following company safety proceduresExhibit regular and timely attendanceWilling to work overtime and weekends if neededDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when neededExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitudeAbility to read, write, and communicate clearlyAbility to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvementPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 50lbs on a continuous basis throughout an 8-hour shiftWear a respiratorAble to stand, walk, lift, reach, and bend throughout an 8-hour shiftEmployees in this position working at this location are [or may be] exposed to various potential chemical and food allergens due to the nature of our business and the job requirements.
