Hiring MIG Welder/Fabricators

Seeking a skilled shop Welder to primarily engage in MIG welding on mild steel, with occasional stainless steel work.

Pay: $22.00hr (during training/$3.00 raise after training)

Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of professional MIG welding experience
  • Experience welding in 1-4G positions
  • Experience using grinders and sanders
  • Able to assist in other areas of the fabrication shop as needed
  • Experience reading blueprints/welding symbols
  • Hand and power tool experience

Shift: 1st and 3rd shift
Work Site Location: Pueblo, CO

Job Description:
  • Responsibilities include maintaining clean workspaces and tooling, prepping materials, sanding, grinding, and layout of brackets, among other duties.
  • MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Assembling various structural components
  • Responsible for cutting, prepping material, sanding, grinding, layout of brackets, etc.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Work Environment:
  • This role is based in a large manufacturing environment.
  • Aside from their annual merit raises there are going to be periods of time where you can be eligible for quarterly reviews/promotions and weekly bonuses that are based on various factors (attendance, quality, efficiency, attitude, and more).
