Job Description:
As a Commercial Construction Project Manager specializing in food storage & processing and distribution facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects within this sector. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, design, and construction phases of food storage & processing and distribution facility projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop project plans accordingly.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and building codes.
Oversee the procurement of specialized equipment and materials required for food storage & processing and distribution facilities.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Manage project budgets, expenses, and change orders to control costs effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on-site.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on food storage & processing and distribution facilities.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Experience working with specialized equipment and materials used in food storage & processing and distribution facilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
