SATCOM Training Coordinator (Top Secret Clearance) The SATCOM Training Coordinator position supports onsite operations at Fort Detrick, MD. The position is onsite and reports to the Training Program Manager. Summary: We are hiring a SATCOM Training Coordinator to provide administrative and scheduling support for training activities. This role ensures the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of SATCOM-related training programs. Requirements Active Top Secret Clearance or Interim TS Clearance. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across multiple locations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in military training administration or scheduling. Knowledge of Air Force training documentation and procedures.
