ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. The Fleet Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Organization and will be responsible to creating, refining, and utilizing a variety of modeling and tools to assist in the interpretation and articulation of data throughout the Equipment, Logistics, and Maintenance Department area. They will be responsible for maintaining and supporting current Equipment initiatives and data sources for reporting and decision-making analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic fleet assessments and provide accurate, timely interpretations of all vehicle costs, use patterns and trends that focus on running an optimal fleet.
  • Work independently alongside other support functions and field leadership to define ongoing analyses, develop modeling tools, and repeatable business processes.
  • Extract and manage large volumes of data, interpret the results, and display the findings in creative and easy to understand reports, charts, and tables.
  • Develop a working understanding of our reporting tools and databases and how to access data, fleet metrics, and reports.
  • Participates in special projects or performs other duties as requested
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience analyzing data and developing solutions utilizing business analysis tools
  • Possesses ability to develop productive and influential partnerships, network, and communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including field employees, senior leadership, and outside business associates
  • Has ability to identify and provide solutions to core issues quickly while putting structure around ambiguity
  • Ability to use reporting to analyze data, identify and quantify key indicators and procurement trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to influence decision-making
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills and can synthesize data to articulate results in a business, yet user-friendly language
  • Adept at taking initiative, handling multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines through strong organization and management skills
  • Proficient in using core MS Office Suite products, with a notable focus in Excel and 365
  • Experience in Power BI

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is an office position which will include work at a desk and use of email, Microsoft Office, and various other software as required.
