Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Hand & Stone - Panama City/Destin, is seeking a Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding

Responsibilities:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services - don't worry, we'll train you
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Capable of working flexible hours
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

We are Don and Maria Williams, Welcome to our family owned and operated Hand and Stone Massage and Facial SpasMaria and I wound up in the health and wellness industry by luck, because it found us. One particularly memorable day Maria called me from work, the stress she was under was terrible and she told me I was going to have to give her a massage when she got home. At that moment, I happened to be carrying the mail in from the mailbox and saw a postcard for the Grand Opening of the Winter Springs Hand & Stone location. Knowing that I had no massage skills of my own, I called and made us an appointment. Needless to say, we had a life changing experience and instead of becoming members, we chose to become supportive leaders.We are now blessed to have the privilege of being the caretakers and stewards to the spas and cultures we've created. Our job is to provide a safe and positive work environment for our highly skilled, licensed spa professionals. Frankly, I have this job today because I cannot do what our massage therapists and estheticians do every day. We take pride in providing a place where our teammates can come and share their gifts with the world, free from worry about all the stresses of operating a business. Hand & Stone handles all of the details so our service providers can focus on their clients.
