Opened in the Spring of 2020, The Lakes of Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County. We are an 80-bed, fast-paced, skilled nursing community full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.Our community has an opportunity for a Floor Tech.
