Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with dual trade capabilities to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various industrial equipment, including overhead cranes, slitting lines, and conveyor systems. Your expertise in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on eight overhead cranes, five slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, and augers. Conduct maintenance on secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shears/blades, motors, gears, shafts, drives, and various other machinery. Read and interpret PLC and HMI prints to trace and resolve issues. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v single and three-phase, including generators, AC/DC motors, switches, sensors, and electrical drives. Use a multimeter to check and replace blown fuses. Execute preventative maintenance on equipment. Fabricate parts and structures as needed within the plant. Perform MIG and stick welding. Job Type & Location This is a permanent position based out of Delta, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Benefits include weekly pay, 401k match up to 4%, insurance starting the first day of the next month after direct hire, uniforms, steel toe reimbursement after 90 days up to $100 and then every 9 months, monthly incentive program (BONUS) based on tonnage, downtime, and quality of parts, and opportunity for overtime.
