CNC Machinist

Our client, a precision metal shop, has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Machinist, to join our winning team in Kaukauna.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read and interpret customer supplied blueprints, internal work instructions and job processing travelers.
Ability work both independently and in a team environment
You will be responsible for performing quality inspections using a variety of measuring equipment
Be familiar with conversational programing at machine
Set-up your own tools when necessary
Driven to resolve problems and help others
Must have a good attitude and work well with others
Basic mathematical skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED required
Mazak Lathe, Mazak Mill, Haas mill
3 or more years CNC experience working in a job shop environment
Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints
Basic mathematical skills
Proficient in machine / tooling set-up and standard tooling
Demonstrated ability to use a variety of inspection tools to verify parts
