Bilingual Medical Assistant

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to fill an opening with a primary care clinic in Clermont, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Medical Assistant:
  • Back-office duties such as prepping and cleaning rooms, socking rooms, taking and recording patient vitals, documenting medical history and chief complaints, blood draws and injections (please put how many sticks per day they've have done in the past)
  • When helping up front - check in check out, patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, assisting patients with questions
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm/Onsite
Required Qualifications for Bilingual Medical Assistant:
  • High School Diploma OR equivalent
  • Bilingual - English AND Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant within a clinic setting experienced in front and back desk duties
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Long tenures in job history
  • Experience with the adult/geriatric populations

Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual Medical Assistant:
  • eCW experience
