The Senior Analyst, FP&A is responsible for select oversight, leadership and coordination of forecasting, industry analysis, industry reporting, financial management & analysis, business management & analysis and budgeting efforts. Responsibilities and Duties: Industry Analysis & Forecast: Develop and execute strategy to obtain, research, analyze, and utilize industry statistics. Create and present content on the financial impact to the organization. Budget Preparation & Analysis: Assist with the preparation and consolidation of quarterly forecasts. Management Reporting: Consolidate, analyze and summarize financial data and develop (and maintain) reports to help support management decisions. Variance Analysis: Monitor monthly financial results of Patrick’s various business units and changes in industry conditions. Business Reviews: Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management, ranging from monthly financial reviews to customer partnership materials. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide support to management for “spur-of-the-moment” analytical requests and presentations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field. 5+ years’ experience working in FP&A, Data Analytics, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to assimilate data to convey both strategic and tactical messaging in a clear, concise and professional manner. Self-motivated with proven track record showing the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with limited oversight. Strong attention to detail. Strong personal accountability and follow-through skills. Strong analytical/critical thinking. A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities. Experience in Power BI report writing a plus.
