Bookkeeping Supervosor

Position BOOKKEEPING SUPERVISORExpress Trade Capital Inc, a financial services company. Location: 1410 Broadway, Suite 2600, New York, NY, 10018. Responsibilities Supervise bookkeeping activities. Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Assist in financial reporting by preparing and reviewing financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Guide and train bookkeeping staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards. Implement and uphold internal controls to minimize errors and maintain financial integrity. Provide accurate bookkeeping data to the accountant and assist with communications with auditors, vendors, and clients as needed. Qualifications High school diploma and 24 months of experience supervising accounting or bookkeeping activities. Seniority Level Mid-Senior level. Employment Type Full-time.
