As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access control points, and interact with employees and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific policies. Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries related to access procedures and site protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Document and report all access incidents, observations, and security-related events as required by site procedures. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address access control concerns and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Remain alert and attentive while monitoring entry points, surveillance systems, and other security-related equipment at the location. Minimum Requirements: State, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
