Works closely with Management to troubleshoot and resolve issues. The Lead supports the supervisor with monitoring of daily operations and supports staff. Engages in performance improvement activities as needed and serves as a communication facilitator for area of responsibility.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 years scheduling experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
- Knowledge of insurance and authorization process, HMO procedures and medical terminology; ability to maintain composure and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Telephone experience with excellent phone etiquette.
