Project engineer will be tasked with ensuring the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished with the allotted time frame and budget by planning, directing and coordinating the activities of a designated project.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Coordinate and direct the project personnels duties to ensure progress of the project is on schedule and within allotted budget.
  • Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Collaborate with plant and other engineering managers
  • Confer with and provide technical advice to project personnel to mitigate issues.
  • Coordinate activities between the project, business lines, and other.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, industrial, or Electrical Engineering fields of
  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Work well in group problem solving situations
  • Handle change management and develop workable implementation plans
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Set and achieve challenging goals
  • Multi location responsibility, travel required
