Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology professional committed to delivering comprehensive women's health services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive setting that values excellence, professionalism, and patient-centered care. This role is ideal for experienced practitioners who thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to improving health outcomes. Required Skills Valid medical license to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology in the applicable state. Proven clinical expertise in women's health, obstetrics, and gynecological procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Nice to Have Skills Previous experience working in diverse clinical settings or underserved populations. Bilingual abilities to serve a broader patient demographic. Additional certifications such as Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring or Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is highly preferred. Other Requirements Willingness to work call shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM. Ability to start employment by 01/11/2025. Possession of or eligibility for all required state and federal licenses and certifications. Reliable access to transportation or ability to travel as needed for certain reimbursements. Compensation is offered at an hourly rate of $1.00, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program. Additionally, we provide paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
