Monitor baking processes, ingredient usage, and equipment performance to maintain product consistency. Team Leadership & Training: Lead, train, and mentor production staff to optimize performance and maintain a positive work environment. Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines. Quality Control & Compliance: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance protocols in compliance with FDA, OSHA, and HACCP regulations. Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to uphold company and industry standards. Inventory & Supply Management: Manage ingredient and supply inventory, coordinating with purchasing to ensure adequate stock levels. Minimize waste and track production yields to improve cost efficiency.
