Job Title: Junior Accountant

Industry: Machinery Manufacturing

Location: Trenton, NJ

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.

+ Desirable experience - Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principles

Responsibilities:

As a junior accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, and reconciling accounts and other financial documents.

+ Job/Equipment handling including communication with project managers.

+ Job/Equipment Creating Sales Orders/invoices/credit memos.

+ Cash Management including Cash forecasts.

+ Customer Relations/Account review.

+ Cash Collection.

+ Month End Close procedures. Preparation of General Ledger Entries and Analysis.

+ Sales & Use Tax Calculation and reviews.

+ Other Finance Tasks as needed.
